The wider Free Church community were saddened to hear of the death of the Rev David Fraser.
Inducted to the charge of Tobermory, Torloisk, Torosay, Ross and Brolas on the Isle of Mull in 1970 he later served with distinction in South Africa. He ministered in the Ngningwane District, Transkei, Umtata then in Capetown.
He served latterly within the Free Church of Scotland (Continuing). Ministering in Zambia and Shettleston.
He was the son of the late Rev Alexander R Fraser of Dumbarton and part of a wider family of siblings known for their servant spirits
He is fondly remembered as a man of unusual energy and gospel zeal.
Our sincere sympathies to his wife Marion along with their children, Alexander, Samuel, Daisy-Joan, Marion-Faith, Suzanne and Martin Calvin.
