The General Assembly endorse the Committee’s recommendation that Presbytery boundaries be reviewed regularly so that the ministry and mission of the Church is aligned to changes in demographics and developments within existing Presbyteries. They declare that a Review Group be established, comprised of the following, to review Presbytery boundaries every five years, with the first review to be initiated in 2030: Chairman of the Board of Trustees, Chairman of the Mission Board, a representative of the Assembly Clerks’ Office, and a representative of each Presbytery. They instruct the Group to report to the 2031 General Assembly.
