Edinburgh Theological Seminary (ETS) witnessed record numbers at the weekend as their increasingly popular Saturday Course launched for the new semester.
Over 70 people attended the first set of lectures at ETS college with considerably more watching online.
The two-year part-time course offers people the chance to gain a Certificate in Theology without having to give up their busy schedule. ETS also offers people the opportunity to study online through their distance learning programme.
ETS lecturer Will Traub said, "It is a joy to see so many eager to take the time to get to know God’s Word better".
The course presents several themes for students to study and are given by ETS lecturers:
Will Traub - "God’s Plan of Redemption: The Covenant"
Alasdair I Macleod - "The Exalted Christ"
John R. Nicholls - "Living as Reformed Christians in the 21st Century"
The course will run through the rest of this year culminating in April 2018.
If you are interested in joining the course there is still time to register. Visit the ETS page here to sign-up www.ets.ac.uk
