Roger Carswell will be welcomed as the guest lecturer at this year's MacMillan Lecture in Evangelism at Edinburgh Theological Seminary (ETS). This annual Lecture in Evangelism, which was inaugurated in 1994 in memory of the late Professor J. Douglas MacMillan, will be held on Tuesday 29th January at 2.00 pm in the Chalmers Hall above the Free Church offices on the Mound in Edinburgh.
Roger is a travelling evangelist and author. He leads evangelistic church and university missions as well as speaking at Christian conferences
He has written eleven books including 'And Some Evangelists' and 'Where Is God in a Messed Up World?', and publishes numerous gospel tracts and booklets.
He is married to Dot, has four children and lives in Leeds.
He is a member of the Association of Evangelists and has set up the website: 'Tell Me More', http://tell-me-more.org/
As with all open lectures at ETS, everyone is warmly invited to attend and hear Roger speak about the work of evangelism – bringing the good news of Jesus to people of all nations.
