Lennoxtown Free Church recently ordained two new elders, Rev. Angus J. Howat and Rev. Alistair Macdonald, on Sunday, 6th October 2024.
Both men, along with their wives, have been worshipping at Lennoxtown for just over a year and have been a valued part of the congregation.
Angus and Alistair join a dedicated team of elders at Lennoxtown, including long-standing elder Eric Stewart, assessor elders Walter Matheson and Peter Morrison. Peter was unable to attend the ordination due to a family bereavement, but the church deeply appreciates his ongoing contribution, along with that of the other elders. Lennoxtwon Free Church minister Rev. Alick Stewart said, “We give thanks to God for these men and their service to the congregation.”
