The General Assembly direct (1) that the budget of the Church Extension Committee shall, in addition to those categories of expenditure arising from charges already assisted by the Committee, have in future three components: Extension Charge Stipends and Related Expenditure; Extension Charge Buildings Expenditure; and Evangelists: (2) that switching of funds between these three components of expenditure during the budget year shall not ordinarily be permitted; and (3) that in determining the percentage increase in expenditure over both components relating to Extension Charges there shall be disregarded in the calculation a sum equivalent to the contribution made to Central Funds by Extension Charges during the previous financial year. The General Assembly hereby repeal Act XX, 1984, as amended by Act XII, 1986.
