Act 15, 1967 (XV) – Act anent Presbyterial Visitation (Repealing Act II, 1889). 24th May 1967.

The General Assembly repeal Act II 1889 and enact in place thereof :-

A Presbytery shall as they may see cause undertake a visitation of any congregation within their bounds in accordance with guidance given in Practice 1912, p. 41, but in the case of prolonged vacancies such a visitation shall be held at least once in five years.
