The General Assembly, With consent of a majority of Presbyteries, Enact and Ordain:—
That hereafter in the event of any Presbytery including a larger number of names in its return of representatives to the Assembly than the law allows, the Commission shall not be vitiated in so far as the proper number of names is concerned, but the names mentioned first in order shall be taken as the names of the representatives, until the proper number to be exhausted.
