The Committee on Applications anent Sales and Transference of Property having had difficulty in disposing of several of the applications from the want of Petitions from the Deacons’ Court, the Assembly resolve that all future applications shall be accompanied by Petitions explicitly setting forth the circumstances of the case, and the precise nature of the application.
