Act 10, 1875 (X) – Anent Sales and Transference of Property. 31st May 1875. (As amended by Act 5, 1967 (V) – Act Effecting Emendations in Legislation Governing the Sale of Church Property)

With reference to Act VIII. of Assembly 1863, the General  sales and Assembly enact and ordain that in cases of Sales and Transference of property of Property, it shall be the duty of the Custodier of Titles to report annually to the General Assembly or its Commission how far in each particular case the provisions of the said Act and the instructions of the General Assembly have been observed.
