Act 10, 1864 (X) – Declaratory Act anent Election of Elders and Deacons. 30th May 1864.

The General Assembly hereby  DECLARE,—

That the Act XIV., Assembly 1846, is now the Law of the Church on the subject of the Election of Elders and Deacons, and supersedes all previous legislation that is inconsistent with its declarations and provisions.
