Act 4, 1912 (IV) – Act anent Serving Citations. 24th May 1912.

The General Assembly recognise, in addition to the methods hitherto in practice of serving Citations to appear before the Church Courts, that of having the Citation issued by registered post a valid one, and ordain accordingly.
