Items featured in The Monthly Record

In the latest issue of The Monthly Record (August) there is an edited version of a Public Questions paper by Evan Macdonald, titled Television and the Internet in the 21st Century. A full copy of the paper, and all the other PQ papers written this year can be downloaded in PDF format here.
